Ga staan met de voeten op schouderbreedte uit elkaar en de knieën licht gebogen. Houd je hoofd recht en je armen gestrekt ter hoogte van je borst. Draai met behulp van de heupen, terwijl je kin, borst en bel op één lijn houdt terwijl je langzaam van links naar rechts draait. Houd je kern in beweging. Herhaal.</p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bassen</h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ga staan met de voeten op schouderbreedte uit elkaar en de knieën licht gebogen, houd een bel vast met de armen</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zijwaarts uitstrekken. Houd de ellebogen recht terwijl je de bel naar de borst brengt, geef de bel door naar de andere hand en keer terug naar de startpositie. Herhaal de oefening. Houd de kern vast en wiebel niet met het lichaam.</p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Open arm kernrotatie</h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ga staan met de voeten op schouderbreedte uit elkaar, hoofd recht en de armen naar buiten in lijn met de oren. Houd de klokken losjes vast, gebruik de kern en draai het lichaam met de heupen van de ene naar de andere kant.
