En wij kunnen geen betere manier bedenken om dit te vieren dan met een zwemtraining.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel het geen officiële feestdag is, genieten wij bij MasterSpas van elke gelegenheid om een duik te nemen in een<a href=\"https://michaelphelpsswimspa.nl/\">Michael Phelps Signature Swim Spa</a>.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mensen zwemmen schijnbaar al sinds het begin der tijden, met rotstekeningen waarop zwemmers uit de oudheid zijn afgebeeld. Maar de sport zoals wij die nu kennen, ontstond in de jaren 1800, toen wedstrijdzwemmen in Engeland begon. </p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwemmen werd voor het eerst een Olympische sport in 1896, toen er vier onderdelen werden gehouden tijdens de Spelen in Athene: 100 meter, 500 meter en 1200 meter vrije slag en 100 meter voor zeilers.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>En hoewel de meesten van ons geen zwemmers van wereldklasse zullen zijn, kunnen we toch van de sport genieten. Maar de voordelen van zwemmen zijn niet alleen maar praatjes. Het systeem is voor zwemmers wat een loopband is voor hardlopers.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kunt niet alleen kiezen uit een voorgeprogrammeerde workout, je kunt ook je favoriete zwemset toevoegen die je doelen of trainingsplan aanvult.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier zijn een paar van onze favoriete zwemtrainingen. We denken dat deze wat afwisseling en misschien wel een uitdaging zullen toevoegen aan je volgende sessie in een Michael Phelps zwemspa.</p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zwemtraining voor beginners</h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1-5 minuten: Gemakkelijke warming-up, vrije slag</p>\n\n\n\n<p>6-10 minuten: Trappen oefenen met behulp van een kickboard. </p>\n\n\n\n<p>11-15 minuten: Freestyle zwemmen; wissel 30 seconden matige tot zware inspanning af met 30 seconden rustig.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>16-20 minuten: Afkoelen, vrije slag</p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zwemtraining voor sporters</h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Warming-up: 10 minuten rustig zwemmen </p>\n\n\n\n<p>Werkset (in totaal vier keer herhalen):</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 minuten op 75% inspanning met 30 seconden rust</p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 minuten op 80% met 30 seconden rust</p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 minuut op 90% met 30 seconden rust</p>\n\n\n\n<p>30 seconden op 100% met 60 seconden rust</p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zwemtraining voor triatleten</h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Warming-up: 10 minuten rustig zwemmen </p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training:</p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 x 1:30 sterke inspanning (met 60 seconden rust)</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 minuten matige inspanning</p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 x 1:30 sterke inspanning (met 60 seconden rust)</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 minuten matige inspanning</p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 x 1:30 sterke inspanning (met 60 seconden rust)</p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 minuten matige inspanning</p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 x 1:30 zware inspanning (met 60 seconden rust)</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cooldown: 10 minuten rustig zwemmen</p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het is Nationale Zwem-een-baantje-dag.
